Rains over metro, nearby areas in next 2 hrs–Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines –  Metro Manila and nearby provinces will experience rain  over the next two hours even after Tropical Depression “Kiko” has left the country, the state-run weather bureau said.

As of 9:55 a.m., Project Noah of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) showed moderate rainfall in Quezon, Mindoro, and Romblon.

Aside from the provinces mentioned, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan, portions of Batangas, Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales and Nueva Ecija are also expected to experience intermittent light to at times moderate to heavy rains, according to Pagasa’s advisory at 9:25 a.m. Kristine Angeli Sabillo
