MANILA, Philippines—Following are flood updates in Metro Manila, according to the Metropolitan  Manila Development Authority:

3:30 p.m.—Quezon Avenue, Biak na Bato, 15 inches floodwater

3:27 p.m.—Talayan Creek in Maria Clara Araneta overflowing, not passable to all types of vehicles

3:04 p.m.—España Boulevard-Maceda and Antipolo streets, 25 inches

2:51 p.m.— Edsa-Quezon Avenue northbound in front of Centris, gutter deep floodwater

2:48 p.m.— A Bonifacio NLEx,26 inch-deep floodwater,not passable to all types of vehicles

2:29 p.m.—Quezon Ave-Biak na Bato both direction, 15 inches deep and not passable to light vehicles
