Tesda to give free services today in Mandaue, Cebu City
Activity marks Tesda director general Joel Villanueva’s birthday
THE Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) will offer free services to residents in barangay Subangdaku, Mandaue City and in barangay Labangon, Cebu City today.
This is the agency’s way of getting closer to the less-fortunate and of introducing its services to the public.

The activity is also Tesda Central Visayas’ way of paying tribute to Tesda Director General Joel Villanueva on his birthday today.
Food packs from Tesda partner, Jollibee will also be distributed to the residents.
