Talisay City legal officer apologizes to JVR for miscue

FOR not informing Mayor Johnny Delos Reyes the service of the Cease and Desist Order (CDO) to Cebu City projects in the South Coastal Road, Alfredo Sipalay, city legal officer issued an apology to the mayor.

Delos Reyes however admitted that he concurs with Sipalay’s order as he has been briefed on the matter.

“For him, it was a non-issue and accepted my apology. I assumed I was already given the authority because he already delegated this matter to me a week after he assumed office,” Sipalay told CDN./Correspondents Christine Emily L. Pantaleon and Gabriel C. Bonjoc
