THE Down Syndrome Association of the Philippines (DSAPI) Cebu Chapter, in partnership with the Cebu Dental Society and Juanito I. King Foundation, sponsored free dental services to Stages Center students with special needs last June 26.

Children with Down Syndrome and those with learning, intellectual and developmental disabilities benefited from the event. Stages Center is located in Ramos Street, Cebu City.

The DSAPI Cebu chapter will also hold two seminars on Nutrition and the Special Child on Aug. 3 with Christinne Melody Caylan, and Sexuality on Aug. 10 with Dr. Narcisa Cinco, child and adult psychiatrist.

Both seminars will be held at the Sacred Heart Center on D. Jakosalem Street, Cebu City.

Parents with special children, professionals, caregivers and students who would like to know more about the topics are welcome to attend.
