PhilHealth to entertain clients at CTU today

The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) will join ABS-CBN in another Grand Halad sa Kapamilya today at the Cebu Technological University (CTU) Main Campus on M.J. Cuenco Avenue, Cebu City.

During the event, social insurance officers from PhilHealth will accept premium payments, applications for membership, registration of employees and establishments, requests for correction or updating of member information, and requests for issuance of the Member Data Record (MDR) and PhilHealth ID.

Everyone is advised to bring appropriate supporting documents when transacting with PhilHealth. Members who wish to verify member information or request for issuance of the MDR and PhilHealth ID must bring a valid ID.

Individuals who want their member information updated or corrected must bring the pertinent birth certificate or marriage certificate.

Those who want to register and become members must bring a copy of their birth certificate or valid IDs, their income tax return or cedula, and the premium payment for the current quarter.

The day-long festival of free services will culminate with a disco by MOR 97.1 FM from 9 p.m. to midnight.
