A TOTAL of 23 day care center workers from Liloan town, northern Cebu participated in a two-day adventure program facilitated by Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc.’s (RAFI) Kool Adventure Camp last month in Balamban, southwest Cebu.
The program aimed to deepen the participants’ understanding of their responsibility and strengthen their commitment in educating the children in their community.
The participants shared their experiences as day care center workers.
They also participated in challenging activities and compared these to their real work experience.
The activity was part of RAFI’s Dolores Aboitiz Children’s Fund (DACF) capacity building program, which aims to improve the quality of childhood education by providing trainings and workshops to day care center teachers and parents.
