The explosion, which police are investigating, happened on Sunday in Hadzici, a suburb of Sarajevo.
Biljana Jandric, a spokesman for the Sarajevo Kosevo hospital, said that teenage boys’ injuries included damage to their abdomens, eyes and arms.

The developing country has said it will need 40 million euro ($50 million) a year to meet its goal of clearing all the mines by 2019.
