Dead man in Lapu-Lapu

A 33-YEAR-OLD man was found hanging dead in his house in barangay Babag, Lapu-Lapu City yesterday dawn.

Police found a note believed to have been written by Dionesio Niepes before he commited suicide.

In the note, the man thanked his family and friends but did not divulge what drove him to kill himself, said PO2 Lydo Pinos of the homicide section of the Lapu-Lapu City Police Office.
