SOME 180 construction and furniture companies are expected to join a construction show in Cebu next month.
Philconstruct Visayas 2013 will be one of five exhibits at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino from June 6 to June 8.
“This event, is the convergence of big construction companies showing their newest products that will help the local construction industry players,” said Bernard Vonn Sia, Philconstruct Visayas chairman yesterday.
Sia said organizers promised to have a grander show next month as they tied up with the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry making the Philconstruct Visayas 2013, one of the major activities in next month’s Cebu Business Month.
He said aside from Philconstruct, they would also hold simultaneously the Tubod Furniture and Furnishings Show, Table Scapes, and the Architects Pavilion.
Sia said they are confident that the shows can help sectors including the construction, architecture, and exporters.
