AN agreement was inked recently between the Kapunongan sa Mag-uuma sa Cansomoroy (Kasamaca) and Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) for the planting of  500 native tree seedlings at the back of Cansomoroy Elementary School in Balamban, Cebu.

Under the agreement, Kasamaca will plant the seedlings to be provided by RAFI. The group will also ensure 95 percent survival rate of the trees planted.

Kasamaca will also submit a report to RAFI on the growth of plants every three months, within the first two years of plantation.
