Motion on Senate race winners’ proclamation to be released Thursday morning

MANILA, Philippines—The motion to defer proclamation filed by the United Nationalist Alliance will be decided upon by the Commission on Elections Thursday morning.

Comelec Chairman Sixto Brillantes Jr. said the decision on the motion will be released at 10 a.m.
