Grenade lobbed at North Cotabato school; no one hurt

KIDAPAWAN CITY — A grenade was lobbed at the Kabacan Pilot Elementary School in Kabacan, North Cotabato shortly before midnight on Sunday, the military said Monday.

Senior Inspector Leo Ajero, the town police chief, said no one was hurt in the blast.

“It was intended to scare off voters,” he said.
