Some PCOS machines reject ballots in Maguindanao—poll exec

TALAYAN, Maguindanao — Some Precinct Count Optical Scan (PCOS) machines here did not work, an election inspector said Monday.

“A voter cast his votes but the machine did not accept the ballot. The same happened in other schools,” said Linang Mantil.
