Novena masses for St. Rita of Cascia

The novena masses in honor of St. Rita of Cascia, Patroness of the Impossible, will start today until May 21 at the Sanctuary of St. Rita, Augustinian Monastery of Santo Niño, Lower Mohon, Talisay City.

The novena will start at 3:30 p.m. to be followed by the Holy Mass at 4 p.m. On May 21, a solemn procession will be held after the Holy Mass. Masses will also be celebrated at 6:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on May 22, the feast day of the saint. The Pontifical Mass will be at 4 p.m.

After each mass,  there will be a blessing of roses and a veneration of the relics of St. Rita.
