Las Piñas parish day of renewal

MANILA, Philippines—The Good Shepherd Parish in Las Piñas will hold Saturday a gathering of 450 Parish Renewal Experience (PREX) members, from batches 1 to 15, in a day of worship, praise and fellowship. Organizers said the first ever PREX Day of Renewal in the parish today is expected to liven up the spirit of service and pastoral work among lay people in the parish community.

The event picks up from last week’s 27th fiesta celebration of the parish, which included a parish assembly, a medical, dental, and optical missions and a concelebrated Mass officiated by Bishop Jesse Mercado of the Diocese of Parañaque, Fr. Gus O’Driscoll, SMA and other SMA priests.
