Neighborhood president slain at her QC home

/ 11:15 PM April 26, 2013

A homeowners association president was shot dead at her own home in Barangay Commonwealth, Quezon City, Thursday afternoon in another attack apparently mocking police campaigns against motorcycle-riding gunmen.

One of the two assailants tried to scare away witnesses by shouting out that he was a policeman, after they killed Delfina Macapagal inside her residence on Kamagong Street.

“Yuko, yuko! Puputukan ko kayo, pulis ako! (Get down or I’ll shoot you! I’m a cop!),” the man was heard saying, according to PO2 Alvin Quisumbing of the Quezon City Police District.
