Almost 45 percent of people living in the National Capital Region, aged 10 years old and above, are single, according to recent data from the National Statistical Coordination Board. The same data showed that 42 percent are married, 4 percent are widowed, 2 percent are separated, while 8 percent are in common-law/live-in relationships. Schatzi Quodala, Inquirer Research
