AN INMATE bolted out of the town jail in barangay Poblacion, Dumanjug town in southern Cebu yesterday.

Leomar Angana, 25, who is facing illegal possession of firearms and explosives charges, managed to bend the iron bars of the cell, went through a manhole, and escaped through the comfort room’s window.

SPO2 Florencio Clarion, duty guard, found out of Angana’s escape when he checked the cells at 3 a.m.
