Pag-Ibig to implement new procedures for faster services

/ 06:37 AM April 12, 2013

THE Pag-Ibig Fund will implement procedural reforms on some transactions starting next month to provide faster services to the public.

These include the use of Membership Identification (MID) or Registration Tracking Number (RTN) to be indicated upon submission of the following forms: members’ contribution remittance form (MCRF), short term loan/multi-purpose loan applications and monthly remittance schedule for multi-purpose loan.

Pag-Ibig advised members without the MID yet to secure an RTN at any Pag-Ibig branches or through e-services found at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph. The RTN can be used in place of the MID.
