Police still clueless over man found dead in Pampanga

MANILA, Philippines — Police are trying to determine the identity of a man who was found dead with a gunshot wound to his head in Pampanga, police said Wednesday.

In its report, the Region 3 police office said a concerned citizen informed them of the body along Phase II East Gate, Barangay (village) San Jose in San Fernando, Pampanga around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The still unidentified man, who was found lying on the pavement, was described to be from 5’5″ to 5’6″, medium built, fair complexion, wearing a black jacket, denim pants, and a black cap with “Vans” marked on it.

The report said two empty shells believed to be from a caliber .45 were recovered from the crime scene.

The victim’s body was brought to the Punzalan Funeral Homes for autopsy.
