Under the coding scheme, vehicles with license plates ending and 3 and 4 would have been barred from major roads in Metro Manila from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
“Araw ng Kagitingan,” also known as Bataan Day, commemorates the fall of Bataan during the World War II.
