We maintain close coordination with the Department of Social Welfare and Development in monitoring street children. We are not discounting the possibility that some of those kids are victims of child trafficking syndicates. —Chief Insp. Kimberly Molitas, spokesperson of the National Capital Regional Police Office, on the recent spate of child abductions particularly in Taguig and Quezon City.
