THE National Bureau of Investigation in Central Visayas (NBI-7) filed a criminal complaint against a 27-year-old man accused of using a cloned credit card to buy plane tickets.

Ryan Abatayo, a resident of barangay Calaojan, Minglanilla town, Cebu, was arrested in an entrapment operation by agents of the NBI-7 last March 11.

Charges of violating Republic Act 8484 or the Access Devices Regulation Act of 1998 were lodged against Abatayo before the Cebu City Prosecutors’ Office.
