Motorbike collision hurts Cordova cop

A Cordova policeman suffered a fractured shoulder after the motorcycle he was driving collided with another motorcycle driven by a man who appeared to be drunk.

PO2 Erwin Rebada together with his wife were cruising along barangay Gabi national road on their way to the Cordova town proper when they met the accident.

Rebada said the motorcycle driven by Bernie Lawag was traveling in a zigzag manner and we couldn’t avoid colliding with him. Rebada’s wife and Lawag also suffered minor injuries.

SPO1 Danny Alburo of the Cordova Police station, however said that Lawag was negotiating with Rebada for an amicable settlement./Correspondent Christine L. Pantaleon
