The incident happened on Dec. 3 (2012). She (Kris Aquino) felt violated and yet she waited for three months to complain. She felt abused and yet she did not go to her personal security guards. The condo also has security guards. The yaya (nanny) was there. The story was obviously invented to get a temporary protection order. –Lorna Kapunan, lawyer of professional cager James Yap, on allegations by his former wife that he tried to seduce her while inflicting psychological harm on their young son in a visit last year.
