Boboy Durano lands in hospital, ‘not serious’

09:36 AM March 20, 2013

CEBU vice gubernatorial candidate Ramon Boboy Durano was confined in a private hospital yesterday but his condition was described by party mates as a non-alarming case of dehydration.

“I was there to see him yesterday and was told he is suffering from dehydration” said Rep. Pablo John Garcia said in a text message.

Garcia, who is seeking the governorship in May, denied reports circulating that his running mate had suffered a heart attack due to the rigors of the campaign.

“Not true. His doctor is Dr. Tito Calderon and that was what he told the family and friends of Boboy,” said the 3rd district congressman.
