The Quezon City Police District suspects that a newly formed group is behind the recent cases of motorcycle thefts.

The members of this new group reportedly came together only in November last year, according to the QCPD anticar theft section.

Chief Insp. Roderick Tonga said the new group, of which two members were arrested, are believed to be responsible for motorcycle thefts in Quezon City and Marikina City.
