Tanyu tops CETBA tilt

VETERAN Noel Tanyu was named Bowler of the Month for January after topping the Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association’s (CETBA) Bowler of the Month tournament held last March 2 at the SM City Cebu Bowling Center.

Tanyu scored 1,215 pinfalls to emerge on top while Jun Bonita claimed second place with 1,200 pinfalls. Rounding off the top three was the multi-titled Vivian Padawan, who finished with 1,189 pinfalls.

Rey Velarde finished fourth (1,186) while Elizabeth Ngo placed fifth (1,166).
