Class 97 logs fifth win

JV SHOP n Shop ’97 got its fifth win in nine games after registering a 53-43 victory over Argentina Corned Beef ’84/87/90 in the Cebu Eastern College Alumni Basketball Association’s 12th Dr. Chen Lieh Fu Memorial Cup last Saturday at the CEC gym.

Audrey Ibones was the main man for the winners as he notched 18 points, three assists and two rebounds.

Meanwhile, Dannel Greg Hayag unloaded 21 points on top of six rebounds, five steals and two assists  as Best World Lifestyle 2004 stunned Las Vegas KTV-M16 Disco ’94, 59-50.

Joseph Aljhune Areja scored 15 points, dished out seven assists and had five steals for Class 2004./Correspondent Jonas Panerio
