Mystery behind abduction in Talisay
Police are looking for two men who were reportedly abducted by unidentified armed men in Talisay City, southern Cebu.
Raul Mabalcon, alias Guwang, and Deckson Borja, alias Kokoy, were picked up by unidentified men from their respective houses on Thursday night.
Police said unidentified men arrived at Mabalcon’s house in barangay Bulacao around 6 p.m. and forced him to ride a van-type Multicab.
Mabalcon’s live-in partner reported the incident to the police.
Two hours later, Borja, 19, was picked up by unidentified men in his girlfriend’s house in barangay Jaclupan, Talisay.
Jamaica Cabiluna, Borja’s girlfriend, and Mabalcon’s live-in partner, gave the same discription of the persons who picked up the two men.
Talisay police conducted a follow-up operation after the incidents were reported but failed to find the two men.
