07:50 AM March 02, 2013

THE usual suspects look to make it to the finals once again led by the University of the Visayas (UV) Baby Lancers, who are aiming to cement their dominance in the 16-under age group of the 2013 ThreeSixty Pharmacy Cup today at the Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC) basketball courts along Mango Avenue.

UV swept through the rest of its assignments in the elimination round to come away as the top seed in this round.

The Baby Lancers will be facing off against the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) while the second-seeded Cebu Eastern College Dragons will taking on arch-rivals SHS-AdC.

In the 13-under division, SHS-AdC emerged as the top seed after its six-game conquest of the elimination round. However, it will be in for a test when it dukes it out against the University of San Carlos (USC) in the semifinals. The other pairing will pit UV against CEC.
