Search on for outstanding policemen
THE Metrobank Foundation Inc., Rotary Club of New Manila East, PS Bank and the Philippine National Police (PNP) recently renewed their partnership through a memorandum of agreement signing that signaled the start of the 2013 Search for the Country’s Outstanding Police Officers in Service (COPS).
COPS is a nationwide search that honors police officers who organized the community to become fellow vanguards of peace and order.
The competition is open to all police officers who have been in the service for at least seven consecutive years by the time of the deadline of nomination.
The awardees will receive P300,000 cash prize each, COPS trophy, Metrobank Foundation medallion and the PNP Medalya ng Katangi-tanging Gawa.
The public is encouraged to nominate.
