Diabetic man found dead

A 54-YEAR-OLD man was found hanging dead in his house in barangay Minolos, Barili town, southern Cebu.

Reynaldo Zose Sibua was found by his wife Juana suspended from the ceiling with a rope tied around his neck around 2 p.m. last Wednesday.

Police said prior to the incident, the man gave his wallet containing money to his youngest son and asked him to keep it.

The wife told police that her husband had been threatening to commit suicide because of his illness.
