LILOAN mayor Vincent Franco “Duke” Frasco refused to speculate on possible motives for the killing of his uncle in barangay Poblacion last Tuesday.

Frasco said in a press briefing in his office at the town’s municipal hall yesterday that it is up to the police to solve the killing of his uncle Marlito “Titi” Cañete.

“I have instructed the PNP to conduct a full and thorough investigation so that the perpetrators of this heinous crime would be swiftly brought to justice,” Frasco said.
