Beermen try to recover from loss
THE SAN MIGUEL Beermen try to right a ship that has been going up and down when they take on the Chang Thailand Slammers today in the ASEAN Basketball League today in Bangkok.
The Beermen hold a 2-2 (win-loss) record and are coming off a heartbreaking loss to the Indonesia Warriors last weekend.
In that game, they led by 13 points in the final canto before getting shellshocked by the Warriors in overtime, 96-98.

In contrast, the Slammers are riding high off a 77-65 win over the Westport Malaysia Dragons.
San Miguel remains wary of the Slammers especially with former Beerman, Froilan Baguion, manning the point guard spot flanked by imports Michael Earl and Christien Charles. /Correspondent Jonas Panerio
