MANILA, Philippines – The number coding scheme will be suspended Wednesday afternoon except in the cities of Makati and Las Piñas, the Metro Manila Development Authority announced over the social networking site Twitter.
The suspension of the traffic scheme will be effective 12 noon Wednesday, the MMDA said.
