Classes in all levels resume in NCR, Calabarzon and Central Luzon

Manila, Philippines—Besides the National Capital Region (Metro Manila), classes in all levels both public and private resume today in the Calabarzon region or in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon provinces, the Department of Education announced through its official Twitter account at around 5 a.m. Wednesday.

DepEd also announced that except for flooded schools in Macabebe town in Pampanga, all classes resume in all levels both public and private schools in Region 3 or the Central Luzon, which covers the provinces of Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac and Zambales.

However, it also advised that school superintendents, principals and leaders of local government units “may suspend classes if the situation warrants it” and that “parents can decide whether to send their children to school or not.”
