Palace suspends college classes, government offices in NCR
MANILA, Philippines—Malacañang announced Tuesday noon the suspension of college classes throughout Metro Manila due to floods and sporadic heavy rains.
Work in many government offices were also suspended in the afternoon as floodwaters were reported to have risen in low-lying areas in the metropolis.
