Dimsum Frito routs JV Shop N Shop

DIMSUM FRITO 2003 opened their title bid in style as they romped over JV Shop n Shop ’97, 61-49, in the Cebu Eastern College Alumni Basketball Association’s 12th Dr. Chen Lieh Fu Memorial Cup last Tuesday night at the City Sports Club Cebu gym.

While Winston Catipay topscored for the winners with 15 points, it was Joey Catipay that catapulted them to the easy win with an all-around game of six points, 13 rebounds, five assists and four blocks.

In the other game, the Young Builders ’91 bounced right back from their opening day loss as they downed First ACY Shipping Corp. 2006 in embarrassing fashion, 58-26.
