MANILA, Philippines—Two people were killed and three others wounded in a shooting incident in Bukidnon on Sunday due to a land conflict, police said.
Philippine National Police spokesman Chief Superintendent Agrimero Cruz Jr. said the incident happened in Purok 5, Balintag village, Baungon, Bukidnon, around 8:20 a.m.
The slain victims were identified as Engracio Cabido, a village councilor, and a certain Bing Bing Janioso.
The tree wounded victims remained unidentified, Cruz said.
Two of the suspects were identified as Dencio Lundahan and Ekid Lundahan.
