A man was arrested for allegedly raping a 5-year-old girl in Borbon town, northern Cebu, last Friday afternoon.
Police said Dondon Mondelo, 30, was arrested at home after he allegedly raped the victim in a piggery.
Police said Mondelo convinced the girl to go with him in exchange for P2.
The girl positively identified the man as the one who raped her, said police.
It was the victim’s grandmother who reported the incident to the Borbon police.
