Man falls in Lapu buy-bust
ANTI-NARCOTICS agents arrested a man in a drug buy-bust operation in barangay Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, on Wednesday afternoon.
Norman Abing was arrested after he allegedly sold two packs of suspected shabu to an agent of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Central Visayas (PDEA-7) in sitio Soong.
After the arrest, 15 more packs containing a white crystalline substance were seized from the man, said PDEA-7.
Abing was placed under surveillance for a week before the arrest, said PDEA-7. CORRESPONDENT CHITO O. ARAGON
