The Office of the Court Administrator is tasked with the supervision and administration of the lower courts and their personnel. It reports and recommends to the Supreme Court all actions that affect lower court management, personal and financial administration and administrative discipline.

“The members of the court are of one mind on the merits of decentralization and have agreed on measures to ensure its effective and deliberate implementation,” the high court said in a statement.
