3 suspects linked to pyramiding scam in Mindanao arrested–report

MANILA, Philippines – Three suspects allegedly involved in a pyramiding scam in Mindanao were arrested Tuesday.

Bashir Rasuman, his brother Jerome and Bashir’s son Coco surfaced separately. Bashir Rasuman was former undersecretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways.

The arrests were made shortly after warrants were issued by Branch 20 of the Cagayan de Oro regional trial court.

The Rasumans were allegedly involved with Aman Futures, which was tagged in the multimillion-peso pyramiding scheme in Mindanao. Tetch Torres
