Kentkyle downs Petracorta

RAMIL Aninon and Gilbert Real led the way for Kentkyle Cuisine as they rallied to defeat Petracorta Customs Brokerage, 64-60, during the opening playdate of the 1st Cebu International Port Users (CIPU) basketball tournament last Saturday at the Ramos gym.

Aninon, a former standout of the Cebu Institute of Technology-University, scored 16 points while Real, who suited up for the University of San Jose-Recoletos, added 12 points.

In other games, the FYA-Martinez Brokerage eked past the Avenido Brokers, 73-71, while the Canillas Brokers edged the Alin Brokers, 72-70.

Baeng Medalle paced FYA with 16 points while Jim Villa had 20 points while Marvin Sillar contributed 19 for Canillas Brokers./Correspondent Jonas Panerio
