Aquino convenes Cabinet meeting in Palace
MANILA, Philippines—President Benigno Aquino III convened his Cabinet for a meeting in Malacañang on Monday morning, hours before he delivers his second state of the nation address.
A Palace official said the Mr. Aquino led the prayer in starting the Cabinet discussions.
