Aquino holds full Cabinet meeting ahead of Congress speech

MANILA, Philippines – President Benigno Aquino III will hold a full Cabinet meeting Monday morning, hours before he delivers his State of the Nation Address in Congress, 990AM reported.

The report said the meeting would be followed by lunch after which he was expected to leave Malacañang at 3:15 p.m. aboard either the presidential limousine or helicopter with his escorts.

The president is expected to arrive at the Batasan Pambansa by 3:30 p.m. and will be received by Senate President Juan Ponce-Enrile and Speaker Feliciano Belmonte who will escort him to the VIP lounge where he will wait until he delivers his speech, the report said.
