14 ECE board topnotchers cited
FOURTEEN topnotchers of the ECE board exams given last April were given recognition by Smart Communications Inc. and the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP).
Each of them received a plaque of recognition, including the ninth placer from University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R).
They were also invited by Smart to a whole-day road show to be able to know the company’s businesses, thrust and directions and the opportunities available in the telco industry.
The activity started with a sit-down meeting with the key leaders of the organization and a tour of the technical and commercial facilities of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. and Smart.
