Man hurt in Badian stabbing

A MAN was stabbed by a 27-year-old man in barangay Poblacion, Badian town, Cebu.

Police said personal grudges could be the motive that drove Ete Bejona to stab Adolfo Loquinario, 27, at around 5 p.m. last Friday.

The families of the two men have long been at odds, said SPO1 Jeremias Elardo, desk officer of Badian police station.

The two men came from separate drinking sessions before the incident.

Bejona was about to put the things he bought from the market on the ground when he was stabbed in the shoulder, said police.

Bejona was brought to the town’s hospital.
